ACRO FOR DANCE
Acrobatics are the dancer’s version of gymnastics. This class brings flexibility, strength training & tumbling together. Using gymnastics and dance, the student works to hold strength positions, mold flexibility poses and get “air” while tumbling. Acrobatics is a total-body workout done on a traditional dance floor.
