Performing Team

Performing Team is meant to create a positive environment where young dancers can grow as performers and teammates. Dancers on the Performing Team will experience far more than just technique, as we also focus on performance and stage presence. This is another fundamental step for those who would like to eventually be a part of our Elite Competition Team. The purpose of this program is to build self-confidence, respect, motivation, responsibility, dedication, commitment, and additional skills needed for a successful life, whether or not they stay involved in dance.

Performing Team members are required to attend 2 local dance competitions, 4-5 local performances, Team Showcase, & Recital. All Performing Team members take a minimum of 1 Jazz class, 1 Ballet class (with San Pedro Ballet), and 1 Team class. Dancers learn 1 team routine throughout the year and that will be performed at all required events.
